We sort all media to find value in reusable types and send them for data destruction and recertification to be used again. We send all the failed or old tapes for complete recycling, to energy recovery, incineration. This allows the tape, plastic case and even the metal rings to be recycled, unlike companies that shred the tapes, then landfill the residuals.
